Ingredients:
4 (10-12oz.) Eden Natural Pork Chops
1 lb. Green Beans
1/2 lb. Fingerling Potatoes
Procedure:
1. Blanch Fingerling Potatoes Until 1/2
done.Drain and cool. Brush Chops with Olive Oil and season
with Kosher Salt and Pepper. Sear in hot pan on each side
and finish in 400 degree oven until desired degree of
doneness is achieved.

Place fingerlings in pan with olive oil, season with kosher
salt and pepper and roast in 400 degree oven until crispy.
3.
Blanch green beans in boiling salted water until done.refrigeration
for other use.
